MOHAA Custom Maps Evening – After Action Report
Another excellent custom maps night in the books.
This time we played with a different rotation, which brought some fresh variety into the evening. Right from the start the server was active, and we reached a solid peak of 25 players, keeping the matches fun and competitive throughout.
It was great to see the server consistently filled and the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable as always. On this side… let’s just say plenty of beer was flowing

Turn firewall (and maybe antivirus) off for a moment and try again to connect to server, to check if firewall(settings) is the problem.

MOHAA Custom Maps Evening – After Action Report
Last night we played the new rotation and made solid progress, reaching up to blutsturm before the evening wrapped up.
We had a strong turnout once again, with a peak of 27 players, keeping the server active and the gameplay intense throughout the night. It was especially nice to experience some of the maps earlier in the rotation, which gave them more playtime and better momentum.
Looking Ahead
For the next sessions, we’ll switch things up again with a new rotation, so we can continue introducing and showcasing different maps within the community.
We’d also like to add a new map to the lineup.

Map Feedback
The spawns on dm/dm_rockbound were a bit off again and need some attention. We’ll take a closer look and see how we can improve the balance there.

MOHAA Custom Maps Evening – After Action Report
We had another strong custom maps night with a great start right from the beginning. The server filled up quickly and at peak we reached almost 30 players, which made for some intense and chaotic gameplay.
Unfortunately, the evening wasn’t without issues. Due to system errors, the server started behaving strangely:
Freezetag beams were visible
Unfreezing players took unusually long
Overall gameplay felt inconsistent at times
Because of these issues, we ended up cycling through the same maps repeatedly, which limited variety and prevented us from properly exploring the full rotation.
Next Week – Updated Map Rotation
To avoid repetition and bring back more variety, we’ll be running a refreshed rotation next time:

MOHAA Custom Maps Evening – After Action Report
Another great custom maps evening on the server.
At the start, players joined in slowly, but as the evening progressed the server filled up nicely. Eventually we reached 20+ players and maintained that level for most of the night, which made for consistent and enjoyable gameplay.
This session we explored a range of new maps, including:

 abbeybeta
 axis_supply_depot
 war_factory_final
… and several others
It was a great opportunity to test different styles and see how they perform with a solid player count.
Overall, the atmosphere was excellent. Good fights, active chat, and a relaxed, friendly vibe throughout the evening. Exactly what these custom nights are all about.
Conclusion:
A top evening with strong gameplay, good variety in maps, and a great community feeling.

Tonight we’re back with another MOHAA Custom Maps Evening, starting at 20:30 CET.
