Does anybody use Iptv to watch TV Channels?

Hi all,
I'm looking to subscribe to an Iptv subscription to watch TV Channels mostly sport ones. I was just wondering if anyone already uses a subscription and can recommended some reliable ones. TV prices in UK are sky high at the moment and just by searching around looks like iptv can save me a few pounds.

My Isp blocks it, could use a vpn. Is it a streaming service?
