hi krby i left maw 7 months cos two of admins were messing about and then 4 more come to me were a new clan and i will sort the sa out all way tak too me and i sort it i have been cl muk and in aow and in more clans that i rememder but their still a lot of cheats and a lot of good player in the game too but we do get it wrong sometimes lol
The model for Volute is different to AM or previous anticheats. The server and server owner doesn't need to run anything. Players can join any server with Volute. If it's not added as a server in Volute then it assumes default settings - therefore players can just run the client and join any server. No configuration required.
Coming from the competitive scene, during development I was bombarded with several hundred cheats from all over the world, including the European, Chilean, Brazilian, Argentinian communities which work fine with AlphaMAC.
Yeah, that's why it's bad, because alphamac wasn't updated or worked on for a long time, and bypasses for it already exist. Dev of it doesn't have time because of uni, Volute uses better cheat detection and cvar forcing. Sadly most clans live in sweet denial because it's too hard to click a few buttons to install a thing.

Use Volute, Alphamac is obsolete nowadays.
The servers i play on incl luv running alphamac. Theres 1 server running volute wich im not going to install it for i guess..
